About Women of Impact

Women of Impact is an initiative by Rachna Lachke Bagwe dedicated to empowering women as leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. The vision is to create an inclusive platform where women’s potential is nurtured, celebrated, and transformed into real social and economic impact. Its mission is to provide women with knowledge, mentorship, and opportunities to build successful ventures and meaningful careers.
