On the auspicious occasion of Lakshmi Puja, the Women of Impact website was inaugurated by Maharashtra’s first female Chief Secretary, Mrs. Sujata Saunik.

Conceived by Mrs. Rachna Lachke Bagwe of RAC Media, this initiative aims to make a meaningful contribution to society by connecting women and influential personalities from diverse fields.

As part of this mission, the Women of Impact 2025 program will be held at the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on December 12, 2025, where distinguished women achievers from various sectors will be felicitated for their contributions.

The Women of Impact platform is dedicated to empowering women through various initiatives — from providing financial support and loans to women entrepreneurs, to creating employment opportunities for women returning to the workforce after childbirth.
